Btw, just upgraded the ps to 750 watts - corsair, and added 6 gb ram. If I wanted to, I could have added some cool LED’s if I was a guy who bought computers cause they “look asthetic”. . . instead of spending a half hour dealing with those patriarchal Phillips head screws.

Well, the Mac Pro comes with a 900 watt PS... and you can upgrade the RAM to 32GB by just pulling a lever, and lifting off the side panel.

The iMacs can be upgraded by the user to 16GBs ... and it has no "patriachal" screws... what are those anyway? Do you see any screws? I don't...

I just used a standard Philips head screw driver from my normal tool kit... took three minutes, not thirty.

My GF, on impulse, bought her first laptop. A Sony VAIO.

Can't say I'm terribly impressed with it. And she thinks there's something wrong with it (that damn trackpad) and is going to take it back.

When buying Sony, know what you’re getting. If you don’t, you’ll be unhappy; if you do, it will do exactly that very well.

I had no prior knowledge of the purchase. I would not have looked at Sony.

That, and I still want to find and shoot the SSOB that invented the trackpad.
