Well, Haiti has been exporting its all around crappiness to the Western Hemisphere for the better part of a century in the form of its perpetual dependence upon everyone else with the misfortune to be near located it. So why not export its population as well?
Haiti is nothing more than West Sudan. It's truly the armpit of the western hemisphere. The USA's assistance should be helping to fund Haiti's closest neighbors in helping out with INTEREST FREE LOANS.....NOT HANDOUTS!
