All my experience, all my knowledge, indicates that the JET STREAM is the major determinant in local weather patterns.
The JET STREAM is influenced by many things, (Solar Flares, Maybe even gamma rays from space), but the one thing it is not influenced by is CO2.

Go to Accuweather and check out Joe Bastardi demonstrating that the current weather pattern is almost identical to 1977 (big snowstorm - Buffalo). It is related to the sudden collapse of an El Nino. The charts are VERY similar. I don’t think they were testing HAARP back then.
