DiDi Not completely awful. But not the least bit remarkable.
Casey looks a lot better with his hair short. The song was just awwight, but he could have gone farther into the country sound with it.
Lacy Ruby Tuesday - great choice. Adequate little arrangement - it suited her nasal intonation, but could have used a little more pep.
Andrew I liked this - a little more bluesy and energy and it could have been Blues Traveler (less the harp).
Katie I don't know if I love or hate that dress. I love it as a fairy costume, if you're five and are playing dress-up and maybe having a tea party. The dress was the only thing interesting about the performance even though it was well sung. It's just a snooze.
Timmy the boy needs a haircut.
Siobhan Yes!! I love Paint It Black. I loved the arrangement. (But WTH is a Snookie's Poof, Ellen?) She's great!
Lee What color is Snugglepuss? Really? The song sounded great - a nice arrangement, but was that English? Ah neer bee yur beees uh burnun. DICTION, PEOPLE! DICTION!

I thought Siobhan was fantastic. Much better version than Gina’s a few years ago. Very dramatic. Bowersox was good - but too safe a choice and I think her schtick will get old. Needs to change it up a bit - beggining to get predictable. Lacey did better than expected. Didi also pretty good. I didn’t get the rave reviews for Casey and Aaron. Going home: Andrew.

I'll just add, I wasn't turned off by Tim's Reggae like everyone else. Reminded me of Brad Paisley. Thought it was kinda cute.

I just realized I watched Idol and forgot about Glenn Beck's live show streaming on GlennTV tonight. Dang it!
Big Mike - was good tonight. He is a joy to watch because he is comfortable and fun.
DiDi - better than her usual AWFUL. Was surprised that she is supposedly so purposeful. She has come across very timid.
Casey - for the first time, I actually liked his singing. Was he nailed to his perch, though?
Lacy - agree with you, good song choice. She is a forced cute Cyndy-Lauper style. One always wonders what voice these people would have if awakened at 4 am for an earthquake. Maybe her roommate can tell us.
Andrew - disagree with you here. He pushed too much, he lost that beautiful tone in his voice, he has no confidence, he has a fantastic instrument and he doesn’t seem to know how to use it like he did on Paula’s song.
Katie - she is childish and phony but has an amazing voice
Tim or Bobby Sherman - I hope we are done with him. Crappy song choice (getting a woman under his control??) and he butchered it.
Siobhan - amazing song choice. You could almost feel her mourning her deceased lover. She was really there, and her delivery was excellent. My fave of the night.
Lee Agree with you about his diction. Worse was what he wanted to “make” - it sure wasn’t love. Sounded like he wanted her to make sweet “Uhhhhhhehhhchchc” to him. I like him but the judges were right — needs confidence
Paige - cringed for her to butcher it but she sounded great. would never have known she had laryngitis.
Aaron - Again I was cringing on the couch for him. But I believed his Angie! I could picture him and another young person in a hopeless, poverty-stricken romance. He felt it and so did I.
Wowzersox - liked her less than usual tonight, but she is something else. She is kind of already a star the way Adam was last season.
