Oh yeah, it’s an emotional song, for sure. BUT, I still don’t believe those were real tears.
I’m a crier and I ALWAYS cry at that part in “She’s Having a Baby.” Elizabeth McGovern (who I always want to call Elizabeth Montgomery) is in labor and Kevin Bacon is sitting in the waiting room with his head in his hands. They flash back and forth between cute scenes in the movie to her in labor. The part that always gets me is when the drop of blood hits the floor.
Oh, me too. I could have written that post. I don't know how many times I've seen that movie, and I always lose it there. I first saw it right before I had my own son.
