My ratings of the girls last night:
best was Crystal , so casual and fun. It’s like she’s already famous. She really could be a cute Joplin granddaughter.
Then Siobhan. She seems brainless when interviewed but she can sing and she loves it.
Then Granny. Lilly really looks about 45. I’d love to see her with a you ger haircolor. I’d rather listen to her without seeing her.
Then curly girl Katelyn. She has a greAt voice but maybe has been listening too hard to the judges. Be yourself.
Then didi. She is too too weak and passive.
Then Katie who doesn’t believe anything she sings. She sings likeher dad had just said 5 mins earlier “you have to hear how well my daughter sings. Sing for him katie!”
last Paige. Or did I forget someone? Paige is beautiful. But she sang Smile without smiling!!!!! Does she even listen to the lyrics?
I just watched Wednesday’s performances and I’m having a tough time ranking them as I was rather underwhelmed. My favorites disappointed me, so it’s a bit upside down than I would have liked.

Yes, I put Todrick #1. Shoot me.
While I appreciate Big Mike’s voice and range and stage presence, what I thought he did to one of my all time favorites in “This Woman’s Work” (the Kate Bush version, not the horrific Maxwell version) just DID NOT suit the lyrics of the song, and that’s why I penalized him.
My other favortie in Andrew is still try to capture his next “Straight Up” moment and doing that Christina Aguilera song just did not work for me.
Alex Lambert is still my weakest link as in weeks past.
