Ellen: Can you act? You should act. (says he should be on a show like Glee). Singing isn't your strong point.
Kara: I actually like the song choice. But you didn't make it your own. You look the part, you play the part, but it's not all there yet. I still want to see you next week.
Simon: I think that was a marked improvement from last week. (Tim's eyes bulge out of his head--shocked. The audience cheers) I think you really listened to the criticism. Went back to what we liked about you. I'm really impressed, not just by your performance, but also by your work ethic. You didn't whine. You just got on with it.
