YES!! that's exactly what she said! Toes are made for the experimentation, fun colors! I even do black on my toes and I'd never do it on my fingernails like some chicks do. It seems goth on your hands but on your toes, not so much.

Those dark colors make your fingers look so short, too. I already have stumpy fingers so I need all the help I can get. LOL
