>>You made me doubt the blonde girl. For shame<<
I hang my head. I guess with the Kenyan idol up next, singing the Beatles’ classic “all my lyin’” I did a bit of projection.
My only (really weak) defense is I am in a long term stay hotel and don’t have Tivo or a DVR to rewind to see what it really said. I just saw the “B....k Ru..es”
My demented mind filled in the rest.
Hey, but at least I was honest in my assessment, even assuming what I thought I saw.
Cute girl, pretty eyes, nice legs, nice singing.
I wonder just how bad the divorce was — the “me and you against the world” with her brother suggests some turmoil that adults rain down on their kids when they hate each other more than they love their kids.
Looks like li’l bro is a great kid, if a little precocious.
:)

King Nothing
~ Metallica ~
(Left-click to download)
All the wants you waste
All the things you've chased
Then it all crashes down
And you break your crown
And you point your finger
But there's no one around
Just want one thing
Just to play the king
But the castle's crumbling
And you're left with just a name
Where's your crown, King Nothing?
Where's your crown?

LOL Geez, what did I miss?? An effeminate sleestack named Dexter :-D
He swished into the auditions, sure that not only was he going to Hollywood--he was going to win the whole show and be the next American Idol!
The sleestack left in tears

>>LMAO sorry I had to go update my virus protection. <<
I saw a sign for H1N1 shots today. Personally, I think that is like advertising cholera protection in 1978.

Ha! :) Was the squeal about something good?Yes! And since it's slow around here tonight, I'll post it.
I am soooo excited! I'm in the process of making a 15 things to do before I am 50 list. Well, one of the things I've always wanted to do since I was a wee little girl is learn to play the guitar. Every year for Christmas I would ask for a toy guitar. Well, my parents, taking another page from The Book of Questionable Parenting, told me, "Left-handed people don't play the guitar." I guess they never thought I would hear of those flash-in-the-pans Jimi Hendrix and Paul McCartney. Consequently, they never put me in lessons or bought me a real guitar. So as I type....my brand new Fender is on it's way here! It should be here tomorrow!!! I'm so excited!!! {Bobby Hill squeal}

I can’t watch him for more than a few seconds. I feel sorry for the sane people in that room that have no choice. I’d bring an iPod :)

I couldnt do it. I changed the TV channel quicker then when a Clinton is on. Same here. I can't explain it--both Zero and Clinton are scum, but there's something extra loathsome about Obama. I can't even stand to watch him with the TV muted.

I managed to miss Obama completely :) Now's there's finally something sane on--the Republican response with the new Governor of Virginia (McDonnel?).
It's refreshing.

A FENDER! This is me giving you a jealous look

:)
The Book of Questionable Parenting
LOLOL!!
I was told the same thing about left-handed playing, but not by my parents--by a salesman in a guitar store!
Okay he didn't actually say that, but he was kind of a tool and that's the way it made me feel :) I was 14 and didn't know any better. He said the only way I could play it was if I turned the guitar upside down (?) He was really put-out by me being left-handed, I do remember that. I was sorry I ever walked in there.
I'm really jealous :) I hope you prove all the righties wrong!
What color is your guitar? Don't say pink. LOL :)

Great ping.. I love King of the Hill..
Sorry I couldn’t be here last night. There were a couple of contestants I really liked, but I hated that Neil Patrick Harris. What a jerk. He was trying hard to audition for the Simon Cowell job, but just ended up being a giant nasty blob.
