Agreed rintense - I was very proud of the MSU coach for standing by his convictions and not allowing the students in question to play. That took guts and a high moral character - few coaches have that these days. I am so sorry all of this is affecting the Bowl Game - this should be a fun time for both teams to enjoy after a year of hard work - instead it has become a media circus with a lot of upset fans. My understanding is that Leach got almost 80 percent of his scholarship athletes graduated in four years, placing Texas Tech in the top five D-1 schools nationally. You don't achieve that kind of success by treating players as mere hunks of meat in uniforms.
