Woke up early enough to get to work on time. Not that I really wanted to be, since we're now holding meetings that run until 5 (I usually leave at 4). At least I'm through the e-mail and ready to proceed with other things now.

We’ve been working on and off on making supper: Emeril Lasagne. The meat sauce had to start early, and now I’ve got Elen grating four kinds of cheese. And the vegetables for tomorrow’s beef stew are already cut up.
I don’t have these extremely proactive days very often, but when I do, bazillions of onions gets chopped!
