Internet’s been sputtering here, as well as FR being down. Mucho problemo here. The Linux box is in a very bad way, and it looks like I have to install the OS (but taking advantage of this to replace 8.10 with 9.10 -- maybe they have the networking issues worked out).
Moving Day may have to be delayed.

Sunny and clear here, but still below freezing. I’m very annoyed that we can’t get to church Overcast here, but during the Annual Parish Meeting the kids were tossing the football in the parking lot -- in shirt-sleeves. It's (grey) early springtime here. We even saw cherry blossoms in downtown Redmond.

Uh oh. Something crashed during installation. This machine may be very sick. We're hoping it's the hard drive and that one can still get old (used) ATA hard drives.
Otherwise it's a new machine, and it seems the lowest-end stuff on the market is $200.
Hah. Seems it's a harmless crash. ???
