While some would alarm all-around abating a theory, others would alarm it a accurate set of facts. Opinions alter vehemently. Let us accede all-around abating to be both a apriorism that the ambiance of the apple as we apperceive it is slowly, but actual absolutely accretion in all-embracing air and baptize temperature, and a affiance that if whatever is causing this trend is not disconnected or challenged activity on apple will dynamically be affected.

"I’m not sure what the steam is doing except providing driving obscurity."

A nuclear power plant is simply a steam engine driving a generator.

Ha! I tend to forget library books because I usually don't get that far into town. Except for travel guides, and I already own a set of Paris travel guides from the last trip there, and ready for the next. (With LoM, hooray!)

It's hard for me to get rid of books, though in college I bought one SF novel that so thoroughly disgusted me that with it half unread I walked down the hall in the dorm to throw it in the trash chute. Where it belonged. And I haven't read anything by Chip Delaney ever since.

The Bible... sigh. I have been way too lax in daily devotions which in the Anglican tradition incorporate an (not-comprehensive but broad) annual cycle of readings. I still haven't added commonprayer.org to my latest cellphone's browser for use when traveling in the US. I don't know Greek, I forget to read Morning Prayer, even the abbreviated form... I am at risk of becoming an heretic! *\;-| + + +

OTOH, with corporate IT’s latest additions to the company laptop’s boot-up process I could easily say Matins (long version) between power-up and availability-for-use.

You get extra points in the Church of Bob for being a heretic.

It’s taking a long time for my PC to come on, too. I suspect DP has made “improvements” again.

We read the Catholic daily lectionary every day. I tell myself they have to be assimilating *something*, even if it’s only new vocabulary.

Cybernetic Zombie Goofy? Post-apocalyptic Disney World?

Sounds entertaining... ;-)

My kids like the Disney movies. At ages 6 and 2, this is understandable.

A cybernetic, Mickey-headed spider-bot shuffling through a damaged landscape... I'd enjoy it but my kids would probably need therapy. ;-)

That’s true. My kids like the Disney tv shows, too; we get them on the Netflix streaming beeber.

Ana likes the Disney Princess movies. Naturally.

As a saving grace, she also likes the old Pink Panther cartoons.

Yup.
Zombie Goofy, haunts the dreams of youths for years.
They’ll never listen to “Hyuck, hyuck, Gawrsh” the same way again.

“Cataracts and waterfalls.. Princesses”

He lay flat against the rock, out of sight of the hopefully dispatched Bounder.
He'd gotten some of the paralyzing snot on his tunic, and had quickly removed the offending garment as rapidly as one could given the circumstances.
The numbness of the skin on his left hand and chest told him that he was in trouble, or would be soon enough.
He began to make his way towards the sound of water when a small one meter tall lizard arched upwards at him in a similar fashion to a cat and spat acidic globules at him as a threat display.
“Is there anything on this cursed planet that DOESN'T try to dissolve you, explode your head with spit, paralyze you with snot, melt you, eat you OR burn you?!” he stated in an exasperated lament.
“Heh heh heh.. No.” a Draconic voice chuckled from directly behind his head.
He did the first thing that popped to mind, he dove over the edge of the path headlong into the water, Dragonish curses following him the entire way.
Three seconds after he splashed down, a larger object hit the water behind him, thrashing the entire way.
Swimming for his life despite the numbness growing along his left side, he scrambled onto a rock like a draggled rat and collapsed.

“Never swim in the Sacred Pool of Kith’n! Especially while the royal daughters are set to appear!” hissed the giant lizard as it dragged him out of sight by his middle.

I dunno.
That’s what came to mind when NNB mentioned cataracts, waterfalls, and Princesses.
He didn’t say they were human Princesses.

And why should he? Can only humans have princesses? That’s so speciesist!
