This killer guy reminds me of the guy on SNL who did the “I hate when I do that” skit. you know “then I ran a nail right through my lip, oh yeah I hate when I do that”.
So, Chloe has a picture of the killer, and if they just ran the picture through facial recognition they’d find he was a guy on security detail, but Hastings is too stupid to know better.
