CTU guy is making my neck hurt with his slouching.

It is distracting.

WHAT is with that?

I remember him from The Punisher and he wasn't like that at all.
So, something is physically wrong with him or he's intentionally doing it as a part of his character.

Either way, it IS distracting and looks just plain silly.

So, I guess the question now is, WHY is Frecks actually doing this?

I remember him doing it slightly in "Heat", but not in "Forrest Gump". I thought it was part of his acting method. But it seems like the slouch has become more pronounced over the years.
