Season 8 Premiers on SUNDAY NIGHT, January 17 with a TWO hour opening episode at 9 Eastern.
On Monday night we are treated to ANOTHER two hour episode again starting at 9 Eastern.
Hard to tell which way this episode will swing...back to the tough as nails UN-PC style or will we get more handwringing and Islamo-Gaia Love like last year?

This season starts off in NYC with Jack trying to establish a 'normal' life with his daughter. But...some stuff goes down at the UN and "that's when the day starts to go wrong" as Jack puts it...

How long do you think the tertiery story (Manhands’/Starbuck’s ex-boyfriend) will last? Her fiance is a Special Agent. He’ll probably kill off the ex-boyfriend by hour 7.

While I miss being able to watch live with the thread, at least we don’t see the commercials. Though the show is super short without them.

Yes, subplot is a stupid subplot. nobody cares. That girl you call Starbuck is an odd looking woman. Have to say she’s at least different looking but, man, she has some broad shoulders. In fact, she’s a big broad.
It ain’t right when Jack has an associate who’s more ruthless than he is.
Man up, Jack.
all in all, I thought this was one of those interim shows they have to throw in occasionally. Next week should be better. Still the best show on television.
Sorry I couldn’t watch in time to play with you guys but at least no commercials on Tivo.
