Question - Was there really a “Generasl Tso”? He had a kick-A$$ chicken recipe...right up there w/ Col. Sanders IMHO.

Looked it up. General Tso is a fictional character and the chicken dish bearing that name is not native to China. However, much American-based Chinese style cuisine has been imported into China.

Little too spicy for me. I prefer Moo Goo Gai Armadillo.

I never eat that as I'm always concerned that once I start, General Tso will come to my table and ask why I'm eating his dinner.
