He certainly looked more stressed on the sidelines this year than before. He also seems to be thinner than when he came to Gainesville.
You just don't leave the type of money he was making for no legit reason. Between salary, TV show, etc, he was probably pulling in close to $4 million a year.
I'm a Floridian but not a Gator fan, yet you have to admire his won-loss record. I suspect that the amount of trouble off the field started getting to him. I believe he is a Mormon and maybe he just got fed up.

He must have really neglected his health which does not make a lot of senses due to the fact that he can probably access Shands,the best hospital in the state, for basically free.

Ummmmm no Urban is a staunch Catholic. He also was an assistant coach at Notre Dame during Lou Holtz’s last year.
