I did not watch it but is that the series with Gary Sinese. He is always visiting the troops in Iraq. The only CSI I watch is CSI Miami.

Nope. NCIS has no connection with CSI as far as I know. I believe NCIS spun off from JAG, and NCIS-LA just this year is a new spinoff from NCIS.

No, that’s CSI NEW YORK with Gary Sinise on Wednesdays. I download the episode by bittorrent then watch it anytime I want.
FYI, The producers of CSI NY 2 years ago had Rush Limbaugh visit their set.
