But an LLC in New Mexico doesn’t require any personal information about the owner to be public - period. The atty filing the LLC is the ‘registered agent’ and nothing else gets filed. You could literally sell your LLC to somebody else by signing it over on a piece of paper and nobody including the attorney who created it would know.

Total anonimity. Otherwise, NV is easier to deal with.

Wow that is pretty cool in NM. WY sounds pretty good but I need to weigh the fees too. TAx implications as well.
