FR has truly lost some of its decorum and delicacy.

I thought the rule was: If you mention another FReeper in your post - you are supposed to ping that person.

It’s clear we need to return to the days of dedicated and assertive thread nannies. Howlin knew how to herd cats.

Sod,

you are correct. However that rule can be overlooked on those occassions when the party of the 1st part is saying something NICE to the party of the 2nd part about the party or parties of the 3rd part.

And secondarily on those ocassions wherein the party of the 1st part doesn’t want the party of the 2nd part to feel obligated to return the compliment.

And i’ll stop there because this is starting to sound like a post on the ANS thread.
