I think she left with a lot of the Giuliani supporters during the Repulican primaries. I left for about 8 months myself during that time while things got very heated at FR. I couldn't stay away though. It's truly an amazing site and for the most part, most people here are pretty much on the same page.
Yep, it got pretty nasty here during that time. But I never take any candidate I support personally when someone opposes it.
