Conservatives need to take up the art of civil disobedience. Don't just sneak in Twinkies, sneak in hundreds and scatter them down the halls between classes.
I have no problem with a school banning junk food being sold in the schools, we never had candy machines, etc. in my schools. Yes, there was a black market of sorts, but this kid was already caught once so he SHOULD be suspended. And the father selling this junk illegally (he said he was caught once) in a van outside the school? Try doing that at an American school and see how far you get.
