Wasn’t implying that the photo I posted was the cause. Just posted it to show we can do pinwheels too.

I live near the Kennedy Space Center in Florida and have seen strange looking "clouds" after launches. I've also seen chemical release experiments in the atmosphere where you get beautiful colored "clouds".
Not saying that's the explanation for this but just saying.
