Tour officials have never said one word about this behavior as far as I know
...Tiger once mentioned that his caddie wanted to wear short pants when it was hot. The Tour had a rule against caddies wearing shorts. Tiger said, “Well, Stevie and I will be playing on the European Tour next year, then.”
The rule was changed.
At least he sticks by his caddy.
