I’m referring to their network coverage. It won’t work at my place of work or my home. Both Verizon and AT&T work well in my area. Verizon is better at work and AT&T is better at home. Overall, Verizon has much better coverage in northern New England.

I have no idea how god the T-Mobile customer service is. It’s kind of a moot point since it’s not even an option.

You were saying ...

Yeah, and that's precisely the way you're always going to come up with complaints with any service.

Every service has a boundary for where it works and where it doesn't -- and you're always going to find someone on the edge or completely out -- on any and every particular service provider.

Now in your case, you're out of the boundary for a service and in for another one. Another person may be on the edge of the boundary, thereby giving sporadic and non-dependable service. And for the few who will be out of those boundaries for this service, that's unfortunate, but that's the way it's going to be for every service.

The point of the matter is that there is always going to be some people outside of the boundary of every single service provider in the nation... :-)

Now..., what I've found with AT&T is that I've never come across any service outage areas in traveling around the country (except one). Of course, all the users of iPhone do have national roaming, so if AT&T doesn't have the coverage in an area another provider that they have a roaming arrangement with will have the coverage.

That one area where I didn't have coverage was on the Indian Nation Turnpike (part of it, somewhere south of Henryetta and somewhere north of Antlers)
