So you’re another skinny guy with a bad workout program, poor nutrition, or just bad genes. I get it. Going to the gym is not just about how hard you work, it’s about WHAT work you do. I see tons of skinny guys in the gym who think they’re working out hard but have no idea what they’re doing, have terrible form, don’t split their muscles up properly, over train, and still wonder why they’re not getting bigger. When you were working out, did you have the right carb/fat/protein split? Did you measure to the gram everything you were putting in your mouth? What (legal) supplements (like creatine) did you use?

You haven’t answered my question of whether or not you had seen Tiger up close. Have you? These pictures of him look great and all, but the dude is listed as weighing 185, and having seen him in person that doesn’t surprise me. Do you think that’s a lot? Because that’s only a few more pounds than I weigh, and I’m a lot shorter than Tiger, without much body fat. If I can put on almost 40 pounds of muscle in ten years as an amateur, I guarantee Tiger can with a team of people training him.

Do you even read my posts? Or do you just skim over them? I told you I saw Tiger at Bethpage, he’s a thick, drug user, lol.

I was NEVER a skinny guy, I told you I was far, far thicker than Tiger when I started lifting, when I was younger I was very overweight. I was (kinda still) built like an NFL running back. I’m 6 feet tall, I have wide shoulders, size 15 feet and huge thighs and much bigger arms and forearms than Tiger had even before I started lifting. By 19 I was in excellent shape, much thicker than Tiger’s stick frame and muscular.

I weight trained at first 6 days a week alternating pushing and pulling, I never had bad form, I’m a stickler for form in all sports and things I do. I possibly over-trained at first a bit, but then I trained in various ways to keep shocking the muscle to make it grow, moving more weight less often, etc. made sure I had the proper amount of protein, amino acids, etc. My legs were ridiculous, they were naturally huge and I played basketball and ran a lot, the steroid monsters would ask me what my leg routine was. I usually told them “basketball”, because I ran so much that I often would skip leg routines because my legs were so big NATURALLY. I always did my upper body though. I’m not “jealous” of Tigers upper body girth, I just know it’s not natural. You saw what he started with in the pictures I posted, the dude was a scarecrow. I started WAY ahead of him and never reached his mass.

I was burning enough calories to have to eat 4000 or more calories a day, I would eat chicken breasts, steaks, tuna, etc. Similar diets to what body builders would eat. Plus powdered protein and supplements, trust me I knew what I was doing. I didn’t drink alcohol either. Even with all that and with a MUCH thicker starting point than Tiger Woods, I never had the kind of mass that he got. I know how he got that tremendous mass on that beanpole frame, PED’s.

I had all the books on weight training, nutrition, etc. and played college basketball. I know all the various methods of weight training, total weight pushed, working body parts 1 time a week, all the different theories and methods. I’ve used many of them. I know what mine and other’s bodies are capable of NATURALLY. I also know what bodies look like and are capable of WITH drugs.
