Sounds like this will be called racist.
Years ago I read of a personality study. They took people from different careers, people in prison, homemakers, etc and gave them all personality profiles.
There was one personality that stood out. Primarily male. Very aggressive, intelligent, driven, ambitious, etc. They found these people in three areas: CEO’s, politicians and prison.
The end result was this: It’s not what you’re given, it’s how you choose to use it.
I’ve told my children, many times, don’t try not to be YOU. Find your greatest weakness (in my son, it’s stubborn will) and turn it into your greatest strength. (My son is working on turning his stubbornness into a drive to success.)
We can’t stop being *us*. If we try, we’ll fail every time. We can easily, thoughtfully transform what we are into wonderful things.
Yes, those who blame all inequality on unfair social institutions will be particularly annoyed at this. Charles Murray wrote a good piece in the Wall Street Journal a few years ago about the ‘Inequality Taboo’.
