Your mountain quote fit perfectly!
My youngest kitty is having the hard time..and she is normally fearless..

She panicked over another kitty coming in, jumped up on my sidetable, knocking over coffee and coke and ended up slightly scratching my cheek as she leapt and hit me (hard)in fear.
I screamed loudly in shock! LOL
She rarely leaves my side. Today she is calm so far.
Hope you are getting a nice nap.

Your poor little kitty turned into a wild cat for a second because it was scared. Did anyone hear you yell out? I know your kitties will be glad to go home and have their own little familiar places!!

When my son was bringing his cat for me to babysit when he would go out of town....the first couple of times, she would make 90 miles an hour up the stairs and would hide and we had a hard time finding her. That just happened on a couple of trips and after that I spread a thick towel on the couch for her and she was by my side and I learned to love her so much. I knew she was sick and I lived in fear at the last that she would die while I had her. But thank goodness, it didn't happen that way!

Isn't the picture below identical to how they clean themselves? I thought it was cute.
