The only time it gets cold enough to snow here is when the skies are clear. As soon as it starts to cloud up, it warms up and our precipitation comes down as rain....or we get that nasty, deadly tule fog. :-(

YIKES! One picture looks incredibly cold and dreary, and the other just looks incredibly foggy and dreary - and dangerous to drive in!
