Like most of these 'challenges' it is based upon flawed assumptions and methodologies. As bucky boy is the critic, it is his burden to show that rounding is not involved, if anything, since rounding was the norm. But even with that aside, it is evident from the internals/context of the passage and the use of the Hebrew that what was being described didn't violate mathematical understandingn of pi. In short, the Bible does not say that pi must be three, unless you are going to assume that the numbers given are accurate to more than two significant figures, which is unjustifiable given the wording.
