But if the Bible contains error as you state, then how do you know that what they teach you about God and Christ is true?
On what then, do you base your conclusion that God and Christ are real?
James 2:19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.
Even non-Christians believe in God and Christ. Believing they are real is not enough alone to make one a Christian, but it's a start.
Of course Jesus and God are real. Have I said that they are not? I’m a Christian.
