The people we bought the property from and my wife kept telling me it was a God thing, but it took a few more “coincidences” to convince this Doubting Thomas. It has been just too smooth.

Honestly, I was not even aware of the $8,000 tax credit when we bought. I just cashed the treasury check last week. It’s how I got the silver. ;)

I heard on the radio that you will have to declare that 8 grand somewhere on your taxes -- have you heard of that? The other day I heard on the radio that many Americans didn't realize that, and that they are in a shock that they owe taxes on this tax credit.

I'm unsure of the details, and have no idea if what I heard was accurate... and have NO idea what the taxable rate is on something like that.
