I'm still pretty shook-up from the 1970 Kansas City loss. Feh.
In 1969, the Jets beat Johnny Unitas and the Colts; this was the same year the Mets (WTF???) beat the Orioles.
And the Knicks won the division, leaving the Baltimore Bullets (!!) in third place.
Let's face it, New York sucks.

You can say what you want about Bret Farve, but there is much more the entire Packer Nation should be saying about Ted Thompson, the genius GM who decided it was time to phase him out.

I like Favre -- I've been saying for a long time the Vikings had a world-class cadre of receivers, but nobody willing to throw them the ball other than rinky-dink 5-and-outs.
The "Judas" jersey was to tweak any Green Bay fans -- I used to work across from a flaming lib who was a die-hard Green Bay fan.
Incidentally, Rodgers is showing promise of being a good long-term QB for the Packers. A week or so ago he had the league's highest QB rating on the year, despite being sacked more times than anyone else.
Just imagine what he could do with a good offensive line and a Randy Moss...
