My intent was poorly phrased. Being an American I look at all our documents and efforts at bringing forth what was a great nation in it's entire array of grander, over the few centuries we have been in existence. Of course the Articles where absolved for all practical purposes.
But a Constitution came out of those minds that where not afraid to move forward and face a more total reality.
