Now, Now, take a deep breath and call Greta Van Susteren and she can tell you that it is only tragic and newsworthy when something bad happens to an beautiful, often blonde, white woman.

That’s one of my pet peeves. When someone is injured or disfigured, the media always implies, or outright says, that it is so much worse because the victim is beautiful or cute.
