It is likely that he presented a fraudulent Kenyan document to the court and signed an affidavit of authenticity. His subsequent actions may be nothing more than the scammer trying to wiggle his way back from presenting fraudulent evidence ot a federal court. Smith is not a credible person so what he does —presenting a document or accusing Taitz of suborning perjury— should not be taken as sane or ‘scam-free’. Orly presented what she was given. Msith may be trying to distance himaself from his own scam.
