skin color means nothing ... affirmative action has been alive and well for many years ... except when it is a non black situation, it is called the Peter Principle. Both have the same very root.

Affirmative Action and the Peter Principle are not equivalent. According to the Peter Principle, people reach a promotion level where they are no longer competent to do the job, whereas Affirmative Action is a means of forcing the hiring or promotion of people of color in order to “level the playing field” regardless of the persons qualifications in the first place.
