I understand the “Darwin awards” nonsense on FreeRepublic, but there is nothing amusing, or slightly cute about a mother and her child killed.

I unsderstand your sensitivity, but, as the incident appears to have occurred, the mother is sadly and completely responsible for her own death and her child’s. It’s an important point.

Hence the use of the word "tragic" in the original post. There was no joke, humor, sarcasm, amusement, cuteness etc. expressed in my or the original post. I can explain it, but I cannot understand it for you.
