You and I could have a very long conversation about that big word you like to toss around 'ignorance' and all I would do is quote Scripture after Scripture wherein God had HIS predestined writers warn 'be NOT ignorant'.

I still don’t know if they are going to morph the UN into the overt world government—likely. or trash it and spring their own “improved” version on the world fresh from . . . rebuilt Babylon???
Regardless, it appears that ‘ET’s’ will be integrally involved in madating, policing, monitoring compliance with the world government and coercing the planet’s citizens into its tyrannical confines.
