Don't they have Blockbusters near you? Check out "Dr. Ehrlich's Magic Bullet," with Edward G. Robinson. The treatment Robinson invented back in the early 1900s was made from Arsenic. They named it Salvarsan 606, because until the 606th formulation, it killed the germ AND the patient. Nowhere in the movie did Robinson tell anyone how one actually caught syphilis. (That was reserved for later Armed Forces Training Films) However, in the film, a classic biopic, Edward G. Robinson also managed (almost single handedly) to save the entire German Empire from Diptheria, just in time for WWI. Boy, was the Kaiser ever happy!

Real Americans my age also know that Don Ameche invented the telephone. Paul Muni cured Rabies. Greer Garson discovered radioactivity. Mickey Rooney morphed into Spencer Tracy to invent the lightbulb and the phonograph. And it was Errol Flynn who died at Little Big Horn.
BTW, that thing in Lenin's Tomb is made from wax, sawdust, and the entire range of Max Factor Cosmetics. Any scientific analysis is liable to show that the guy died from severe lipstick poisoning.
Dang right. And the Mongol hordes that swept across the known world were led by John Wayne. Prove it isn’t so.
