WHO STARTED THE REV. GLENN FOUNDATION?
The Foundation was established in 1984 through a gift honoring Rev. Glenn by William E. Blaine, Jr., a prominent Columbus attorney and businessman and longtime National Church Residences Trustee. It was Mr. Blaine’s dream to establish a fund that would honor our founder and also help NCR continue to provide decent, safe, affordable housing and services to more modest income people.
