You’re not that naive. A flock of young girls dressed up as maids standing on conspicuous corners in the busy “electronics” area of Tokyo on a Saturday afternoon, handing out pamphlets featuring pictures of girls as maids and directions to their shop.
I’m not sure what they are selling, but it’s not cleaning services.
