The one on the right was taken with a camera used by most folks - OK quality. The one on the left was taken with a super-high-quality BelchFire V8 camera used by the military to monitor missiles as they are launched. The narrator made the point that whatever the subject was, it apparentlt ionized the air around it and that no camera would be able to get a clear shot. An interesting point if these things are aerial devices.
Have noted that fact for more than a decade hereon.
