Yeah, I can't imagine that. I quit smoking one time and went from about 160 up to about 190. Those 30 extra pounds make me feel like I was wearing full sandbags for clothes as I went up and down stairs.

Felt the same way when I quit smoking and shot up from 170 to 200 in just a few months. Miserable. Even my voice sounded fat! And bending over to tie my shoes... I never want to feel like that again.

Sadly, the weight came off when I resumed smoking.

I’ve spent the best part of my life in the shade of a flagpole, but I found this new diet where I can rest under the clothesline.
