only if the officer acted ‘stupidly’..
Good. Cop was a egotistical moron.
Why did he chock the paramedic? To keep him from rolling away?
Yep. It is going to get pretty expensive to keep this cop around. Two lawsuits in less than a year.
Just another member of the 99% giving the rest a bad name.
Some people never learn , and some should never be given authority over others.
Obstruction seems to come into play any time a citizen asks why police are beating ,harassing,or blatantly treating another citizen like they were crap from the bottom of their shoes.
I am not a cop hater, but I have seen them when the adrenalin gets up and they go crazy, It’s like a pack mentality come out. It is something that needs to be explained to them in their traning that people are human beings and expect to be treated with respect. TReal respect, not the phony yes sir, no sir crap they spit out.
Treat citizens like you would want your parents to be treated. people respond tp that better than threats of jail.
Doesn't look like the same guy?
Steroids?
I guess this confirms the assumptions put forth at the time that the officer in question would be protected from any serious repercussions.
Before anyone tells me how justified he was with the EMP, I’ve seen it and I’m standing by my own eyes.
Hmmm?
I support LEO probably 99% of the time. I have been stopped a few times by the OHP and have never had a problem. They have always been courteous and professional. With that being said, this trooper should have been fired immediately after the incident with the EMC.
Prior to becoming an OHP trooper he was fired as a policeman in the small town of Fairfax. He then went to Stillwater and was on the force there. I don’t know if he has influence high-up in the OHP ranks or within the Governor’s office but definitely doesn’t need to be in a position of authority over anyone.
