This is all about money. They're even talking about an advertising "roadblock" where they buy a chunk of time (same time) on all the channels they can get and run a five or ten minute infomercial so there's no way to avoid it but turn off your TV.
There are some critical big bucks at stake on this.
In the mean time they will run everything science show they can that supports the movie
