We did some major gardening today. Took out every other Black-eyed Stella d’oro, so we could divide and replant the ones that are left. We put the ~discard~ lilies on a tarp with a sign that said “ FREE - Plants To Good Home”. We must have had 10-12 huge daylilies and within a couple of hours they were gone. Hurrah!

I double-dug parts of two raised beds and planted some lettuce, radishes, spinach,collards, beets, turnips,and chard. Did a little puttering around the house during the Cubs game.
*Sigh* I think UNC’s strategy is to wear out their opponent’s offense.
