What an odd combination. He can “accurately” predict the future but is unaware of what is happening in the present. There has been no global warming for 10 years.

The ones I've seen were so poorly made hoaxes a 10 y.o. kid could have done better.
One that comes to mind has a 'ufo' flying in circles around a spruce tree.
Obviously a model on a string or similar.

I can’t find the original anymore, but the funniest part is when the “hacker” is working on a second sign, and a jogger runs up to tell him the first is flashing something in a strange language.
Oh, and the part where he admits he did it because he was tired of looking at the signs because no work was being done on the road itself.

I believe the only thing that can change the “weight” of water, would be a change in the pull of Earth's gravity from its current constant value.
