I believe it’s widespread (if not Federal) law now that any gas station’s attendant must pump your gas for you, even from a self serve pump, if you are handicapped. (You need to make some signal such as beeping your horn.)
However, I also understand that there STILL is no 50-state reciprocity agreement on handicap license plates and handicap parking. So if you have such a plate from Tennessee and you try to use a handicapped parking spot in California, you might get fined.
14 and 21 are easy to explain. They just allow for the piling on of another charge for any crime committed.
Outdated & wacky laws?
Must be natural-born citizen to be president.
I live within a few miles of where they train the circus elephants in Florida. Good thing they took out all the parking meters.
Curious, did they remove them because the elephants mistook them for batons, and thus pull them up from the ground?
If so, that must be quite the scene to see.
Oh, snap!
Thanks for the Ping, OneVike.
Thanks for the ping.
I’d like to see #21 enforced in Oakland (or Richmond), California.

Re: #15. In Waynesboro, Virginia, it was once illegal for a woman to drive a car up Main Street unless her husband walks in front of the car waving a red flag.
Still better than in those Islamic countries where women are still not allowed to drive!
Thanks for ping
